In this discussion, we will examine content in Chapter 15 of the textbook and several practitioner-oriented articles on virtual teams and analyze the relevance of their key points and takeaways for real-world application. 
Using the textbook and articles, analyze and compare their focus, main points, value and relevance in different real-world organizational contexts. Please consider any three of the following questions in your main post:
  1. What were the most valuable higher level points and key takeaways made in these readings from your perspective, and why (why does it matter?
  2. How do the authors of the articles present the importance of sustaining a balance between interpersonal cohesion and harmony with task completion and accomplishment of goals and objectives in a timely and efficient manner?
